  Your personal COACH will advise you as to  the specific structure of your program, however, a general idea of how to use the incredible  Applicators for Body Sculpting in the privacy of your own home is as follows:

   1)  For best results, it is good to take a hot shower to open your pores for maximum absorption.  You may also use our Body Cleaner  

  2) Take your measurements.  For example if you are choosing to ELIMINATE INCHES FROM YOUR TUMMY, you would measure 3 inches above your belly button, then around your waist (belly button area), and then 3 inches below the belly button.  This keeps your measurements consistent.  You may also choose to put a little black mark on the area you are measuring.

  3)   Unfold the applicator.  With the formula side touching you skin, apply to tummy or other targeted area to reduce inches.  You then either wrap saran wrap around you to keep the applicator securly in place and keep the heat in for absorption or wear tight bikers shorts to hold the Ultimate Applicator in place.

  4)   You may feel some tingling or coolness.  Some people don’t feel anything.  I personally experience the tingling and then coolness, even with the Saran Wrap in place to secure the Ultimate Applicator. 

  5)   NOW WASN’T THAT EASY?  ONCE YOU HAVE APPLIED A COUPLE APPLICATORS, IT WILL TAKE YOU 3 TO 5 MINUTES!

  6)   You can ususally see reslults in 45 minutes to 1 hour, however, I leave my wrap on over night to achieve the maximum results from the Formula.
